Build your skills as an esports athlete.

Advanced esports knowledge not required. Casting experience is preferred. We are looking for those who are diligent and enjoy a collaborative work environment. Most important is the ability to work within a team in a creative manner. We want to talk to those who are passionate and interested in gaming! 4004 will work with your college or university to establish a for-credit/paid internship. We will work with those at all levels of education.

Preferred Skillsets:

• Entry level experience with streaming/casting live events
• Experience in multiple games
• Empathy and skill for understanding gamers and their communities
• Bonus for audio visual and live production skills
• A natural talent for public speaking, past comedy, radio or streaming experience.
• Experience with streaming software.
• A heart for team culture and dynamics
